AQMetrix, a company specialized in assessing the quality offered by online financial services, has placed CaixaBank as the leader in digital banking in Spain in all categories, including both mobile banking and web services.


The results of the latest ranking prepared by AQMetrix experts, based on the qualitative analysis of digital banking services, establish which are the applications and websites of the financial institutions in Spain with the best behavior. The data has been collected during the third quarter of 2022 from the evaluation of nearly twenty entities.



In this study, CaixaBank is the institution that has obtained the best scores, which has allowed it to be at the top of the classification of all services: mobile banking for individuals, mobile banking for companies, web service for to individuals and web service for companies. In all four categories, CaixaBank has achieved the highest possible rating (AAA).




CaixaBank has achieved this recognition for its results in terms of channel availability, superior to those of the other evaluated entities, as well as for the performance of the service in terms of loading time.

Added to all this is the wide range of services available to customers through CaixaBankNow, CaixaBank's digital banking service. CaixaBankNow has received the award from Global Finance magazine   for the best mobile banking application for individuals in Western Europe in 2021, 2020 and 2018 and in 2019 it was recognized by the same publication as the best in the world.
